As long as we follow the advice and guidelines issued by the Government, stay at home, only go out for food (once a week for me) and medicine shopping and wear mask, wash hands frequently, do exercise at home or nearby parks without too many people everyday,we will be safe ! :100:

Our garden is now empty, there is a spirit of peace in tragedy, so it feels:

In the glee of silence, I can dwell
the cliff;
ride the bird’s song,
clue the Earth
in the howl of the fox.
Inhabit the limbo amid
God and the wind.
Wuang wei replenish our hearts.

People have been kept inside for such a long time and they are eager to be outside enjoying the nature. We can imagine that, after the pandemic, it would be a great opportunity for BGs all over the world to promote our educational programs to improve people’s awareness and attitude of how to stay harmony with nature.

Stoicism is one of the best philosophies to face the “new circumstances” of the world. I invite you to read the Enchiridion of Epicteto.

Agreed - Stoicism is very relevant, practical and useful. (The article you linked to reminds me of the concept of the Circle of Control from Stephen Covey).

With regards to Stoicism - I enjoy Ryan Holiday’s work at the Daily Stoic, his blog and on Twitter: https://twitter.com/ryanholiday and https://dailystoic.com/
